We therefore recommend using a trackable and insureable postal service. If we've made a mistake with your order, or the item is faulty, we'll refund your return postage costs and, stock permitting, exchange the item free of charge. Where an exchange isn't possible, a full refund will be given. If you've simply changed your mind, bought something by mistake or ordered the wrong size, we can still offer a refund or exchange, providing the item meets with the above conditions, but cannot refund your postage costs.
