In other words, you can relax. Returns Policy We're confident you'll be satisfied with the puchases you make on the Asics Unlimited website. But if for any reason you're not, here's what to do. Asics Unlimited cannot accept responsibilty for loss or damage to returned goods while in transit. We therefore recommend using a trackable and insureable postal service. If we've made a mistake with your order, or the goods are faulty, we'll refund your return postage costs and, stock permitting, exchange the goods free of charge. Where an exchange isn't possible, a full refund will be given. If you've simply changed your mind, bought something by mistake or ordered the wrong size, we can still offer a refund or exchange providing they meet with the above conditions, but cannot refund your postage costs. All replacements are subject to stock availability. Delivery Asics Unlimited ship to the UK only. We are happy to post items to an alternative delivery address such as your place of work, providing a valid billing address has been entered in the checkout. This is the address your credit/debit card statements are sent to. Orders without a valid billing address will be cancelled. We do not ship orders to PO Boxes. Asics Unlimited will deliver an unlimited number of items to your chosen address for just a flat rate of £4.50 - which includes all packaging and handling costs. Orders are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Please allow up to 5 working days. All orders are subject to stock availabilty and authorisation of your payment. Prices The price you pay will be the price shown on the website on the date you place the order. All prices shown include UK Vat @ 15% and are subject to change at any time and without prior notice.
